A failed run never counts against your limit. Limits may change over time; this page always shows the current ones.
Questions about billing
- How does renewal work?
- Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every week, month or year, depending on the plan you pick) until you cancel. You are charged the same price each time unless we tell you about a change in advance.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. Open your account page and choose Manage billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
- What about refunds?
- Refunds are handled under our Terms of Service. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will look into it. Read the Terms
- Which currency am I charged in?
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency and add its own fee.
- How is payment handled?
- Checkout and card storage are handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers.
