Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use HumanizerKit. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

HumanizerKit provides AI-assisted writing tools such as a humanizer, a paraphraser and a word counter. Results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, change meaning or leave out details. Always read and check a result before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• commit academic misconduct, such as submitting work as your own where your institution does not allow AI assistance, or disguising someone else's work;
• break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or submit content you do not have the right to use;
• create spam, scams, impersonation, harassment or deliberately misleading content;
• get around usage limits, for example by automating requests or creating many accounts;
• interfere with the service or try to access data that is not yours.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the results. Follow the rules of your school, employer or publisher about AI assistance. We do not promise that results will pass any AI detector, plagiarism checker or review process.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text you submit and the results you receive. You give us permission to process and store it as described in the Privacy Policy, only as needed to run and improve the service.

Accounts and limits

Guests and signed-in users get the usage limits shown on the Pricing page. We may change limits, and we may suspend access for accounts that break these terms.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be added here before you are asked to pay.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
